王师傅1971年出生于西安,受母亲的启发,便对烹饪产生了浓厚的兴趣。毕业于烹饪学校。
2003年,王师傅将他对面条和小笼包的热情与独特见解带到新加坡,受当地著名美食启发,他大胆创新,创造出新颖且令人惊艳的美食体验。他于2009年创立的王师傅拉面中餐厅迅速赢得了食客的青睐和媒体的关注。愿意继续流传下去。
Master Wang was born in 1971 in Xi’an, China. Inspired by his mother, he developed an interest in cooking at a young age and eventually graduated from culinary school.
In 2003, Master Wang brought his skill and unique insights in noodle-making to Singapore. Taking inspiration from many famous local cuisines, Chef Wang is bold in his pursuit of innovative flavours and in creating new and exciting culinary experiences. The restaurant, Master Wang La Mian Chinese Cuisine, which he opened in 2009, quickly became popular with diners and gained media attention.
